4. Prices

All services indicate the sale price in Euros and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated and charged on the invoice.

5. Collection of specially protected data

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data collected will be incorporated into a file under the owner's responsibility to fulfill the commitments derived from the relationship we maintain with you. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a written request to our address: Balmes 173, 4th floor, 08006 Barcelona, or by email at info@strongabogados.com. Unless otherwise indicated, we will assume that your data has not been modified. By accepting these clauses, you expressly authorize the processing of your personal data for the specified purpose by the owner.

6. Payment methods and service execution

Payment is made through an external virtual POS system provided by a collaborating bank entity (Banc Sabadell), and this system will determine the accepted credit cards as well as the data required from the customer to complete the payment. The customer can pay the service amount using any of the following options: VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment, using a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit travels encrypted over the network. Additionally, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's page, in the POS (Bank Payment Terminal), and are not entered or recorded on any of the owner's servers. When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, you will always be asked for the following details: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code matching the last three digits of the italicized number on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, providing additional security for the transaction. This payment method is valid only on the website. If the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or incorrectly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries on the provider's and cardholder's accounts will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder, and the request for a refund is not a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution, and was therefore made without cause, the cardholder will be liable to the owner for damages and losses resulting from such cancellation.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns, and claims

According to article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

Returns: The user is entitled to a full refund of the service paid for, provided the conditions of the cancellation policy are met. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in this case, via a virtual POS, once all data has been verified within less than 24 hours.

If the customer wishes to file a complaint, it must be done in writing explaining the reasons for it, either by mail at the owner's address located at Balmes 173, 4th floor, 08006 Barcelona, or by email at info@strongabogados.com.
